What were thinking of is to run a mapping contest, anyone can enter and all good maps will be officially added to the expansion with full credits.
The top 3 submissions will also get a couple of special prizes. The prize pool consists of:
1st Place:
- 50 Euro
- Early beta access and information for our next project
- A free Mount & Blade: Collection Steam CD key to give to your friends
2nd Place:
- 25 Euro

Everyone who submits a map and shows a good amount of effort will be invited to a play session with the developers, we will all be in teamspeak with you guys and you can ask us anything.
The date of the event will be after the deadline/patch release. You will be contacted by forum PM.
So, how do you enter?
Once you finished a map, or multiple ones, create a topic for your creations in the community section on these forums by clicking on the below link. The thread title should match the author's nickname and the main maps name/s.

That will be your personal topic and the place where people can discuss your maps and comment on improvements.
To submit a scene for review to our team go to this topic and use the template found within:

All submitted maps will be reviewed by our staff, we could locate bugs and tell you to fix them, or to alter the map for gameplay, when submitting your map you agree to the following disclaimer:

[*]You agree that your map could be added in the next free to download patch for the Napoleonic Wars expansion and that you will be credited for this in the game credits.
[*]The best maps will be selected by the Flying Squirrel Entertainment development team, our top 10 selection will be put up here and then the community will get the chance to vote for the top 3.
[*]Your scene can be edited by our staff to fit within our specifications or to resolve issues such as performance and/or game balancing issues.
[*]All submissions will be available for the community to freely download but the author must be credited if the work is used somewhere.
[*]We hold the right to deny any submission from entry into the next patch due to its quality as determined by the Flying Squirrel Entertainment team.
[*]Prize payments will be done through paypal if you cannot accept paypal payments we are unable to give you your prize.

We advise you to test your maps throughly for bugs glitches and exploits, host it on your private server and let your friends run through it and comment on it. If such issues are found by our staff it could mean your map won’t make it in the next patch.
