Resolved Construction Calculation/Tooltip excludes 'base' & 'workshop'

As per the title; was definitely present some days ago (before last hotfix?).

Tooltip of 'construction' value in settlement management screen does not display and does not appear to include in calculation the 'base' value, or the modifier from a workshop.

Prosperity modifier and Reserve modifier are still displayed and included. edit: Governor and Loyalty bonuses also correct. Looks like just Base/Workshop have vanished .

Persistent issue in 1.5.7 stable version. Workshops tier 1 to 3 don't give any bonus to construction anymore neither in town or castles.

Seems to have been omitted from a few hotfixes since 16/02 @MArdA TaleWorlds . Poor neglected construction bug .
