Construction Bug caused by Clans Assembling their armies.

So Put it short I experianced a problem with Managing your town or Castle once you become a bannerlord or King and you have subjects.
If your Castle/Town is currently building something It can be cancelled by Clans Assembling armies in your faction. Also another Bug If someone Assembles a Army your Dirrectly forced to March to their location even when your waiting in a town until you click on the move to cancel that movement. That could get people screwed if enemies are close by and your trying to recover from a recent battle.

What version are you using? Do you have mods installed?
This has never happened to me. I have to manually go find armies if I decide I want to join them.
