Constant war proposal/declaration.

Hi, like the title says I am tired of constant war kingdom decisions and also incoming war declarations (that I think are being proposed within the neighbouring kingdoms).

Is there a way to halt or reduce the rate at which this happens?

Its unbearable once you get a big kingdom to be in constant three front wars. Also I could direclty steamroll any of these factions, but instead I want to build my family, fiefs.
