In Progress Constant Crashing Issues

Summary: Simply crashing on startup, sometimes will let me play for 15 minutes tops when restarting Windows. Other than that, nothing. I've followed every single step from other users, verifying, clean installs (x5), lower refresh rates, de-activating the firewall. Nothing. I've played this game in the past with no issues. I've even took it a step further and lowered the version and still to no avail.
How to Reproduce: Literally just playing the game or even starting game up. When I can play the game I can play in tournaments and do random things. When I enter hideouts I've consistently crashed. But everything is so inconsistent it wouldn't even matter.

good luck getting an answer from these clowns. Been waiting for months, and all i get is the same basic nonsense responses...."oh, uninstall the game and see if that works." really?!?!?!? that is your "expert" level advice? Next time maybe tell us to "just restart your PC. That usually fixes it."
