Need More Info constant crashing entering battles, exiting battles, when saving... and more

Summary: Impossible to summarize. not only is the gamed crashing but its force restarting my computer every time. Appears to occur most often when transitioning from one portion of the game to another i.e. entering battle, exiting battle, entering/exiting castles and settlements, WHEN TRYING TO SAVE THE GAME (I've had to turn autosave off to prevent it from happening every five minutes.) my concern is with the complete crash of my system each time.
How to Reproduce: attempt to play the game for more than 20 minutes.
