In Progress Conspiracy Quest Crash When Bar is Full

Same as title. When the conspiracy quest bar fills completely my game instantly freezes and crashes. It is game breaking and unplayable at the moment. Even when loading previous saves it still crashes when it gets full. Is this a known bug or am i the only one?

Surely it's not the good place to ask this question, really sorry for that, but difficult to find the good place. But this question can to help you to understand the difficulty for the players with the Conspiracy quest : When we play the quest, we have the "weaken Empire" possiblity. That says : "In order for the Empire to go into its final decline, there should be fewer than 4 imperial -owned settlement. If this happens, another kingdom can become the dominant power in Calradia."
How can we know the number of imperial-owned settlement and no-imperial ?
Is it only the northern Empire or does it include west to south empire too?
