Conquered nation, exterminated, lords still prisoners in my party?

So I took over the Nord lands in the name of that Nord Claimant guy, and after a day of running around after taking all their places I was told that I won and had exterminated them. My beautiful, red civilization turned yellow. So I went through my prisoners and found that I still had lords as prisoners. Ten lords...

What do I do with these failures?

They will eventually disband into either;
-You're faction
-Another faction

Thats only once they escape from jail. To speed up this process, put them in your party and run around with them.

The important thing is that they are in your party as they have the best chance of escape there. What you do is unimportant. As you fought for the claimant the lords should all change to your faction after escape with the exception of the king, he will vanish after his escape.
What you might want to do is check if they already are part of your faction (I think they are after you win). If that is the case you can wait until your own kingdom offers you a ransom

The families of the Lords will buy them back eventually too with or without a faction still in tact. Just hang onto them until they offer up some money.
