Connection problem?

Hey guys. I'm not sure weather the problem is with my connection or with me. In single player I can headshot people from 50+ yards and when I join multiplayer I have a hard time hitting people that are less then 20 yards. My ping is around 80-90, but I have no idea how good/bad this is. There seems to be a less fluid motion of everything.

Also when I choose to be an archer, or anybody for that matter, does anybody know with what weapon proficiencies do I start and what skill distribution, health points etc. I suspect that part of the problem is that i have too litle power draw and small weapon proficiency (<<140).

Well a lot of it has to do with bots being really predictable and having terrible awareness. Humans move and scan with their shield up a lot more, and are a lot more intelligent (well usually) then the bots. 80-90 ping is okay, but it's not acceptable for some people (whiners bah). I don't know what the exact specs are for the character's stats but they aren't horrible. Using a shortbow gives you AMAZING accuracy, so it can't be too low.
