With the Mongol names it is a bit tricky because I couldn't find female equivalents.

With females the female equivalent of the husband's title is used (Duke Klargus' wife is a Duchess), but daughters are merely "Lady"

I have put in Italian ranks for Rhodoks above.
 
I'm not sure if it's good place, but I prefer to put it here instead of making new topic.
How about military ranks?
Maybe no "Sergeant" units but Sergeants as small party leaders? It's a bit strange that only Noble-ones have parties, how about smaller armies leaded by Sergeants or other officers instead of noblemen?
Such a party would ALWAYS respond to your call if you're a king or important liege.
What do you think?
