In a single player campaign, I set up my troops during the planning stage, then during the cinematic swoosh down into my character i was unable to use my keyboard at all during the battle. No pause, no way to get off horse, no tab or anything. Mouse (bow and sword) still worked though, and cannnot leave battle sequence with TAB button either. Was forced to watch my AI army kill itself against the defending castle only to win, and not even able to take the castle in the end due to force quit.
