Complaint/Unban (Not Sure if Perm)

Not sure if it was a temp or perm, but this really pissed me off. I need to discuss this with somebody because I am really confused as to what I did wrong by saying 1 joke. I did not violate any of the rules by spamming or trolling or anything like that.
Also if you need to know, the admin at the time was Pikkon

I am not sure but it might be. But still it was a really dumb ban so yeah that kinda got me flustered.

I was the admin who banned you.
It was a temp ban.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure what you said was against the rules on the OFFICIAL US Servers.  I could go into a whole big ordeal here, cause I mean, what you said was pretty ****ed up.

Really?  Should we put that in the "MESSAGE OF THE DAY: Don't say "(Edit: its so ****ed up i dont even want to type it)" in the title?



Be glad it's not a perma ban like it should have been.

I'd like to ask to keep him banned if he's not un-banned already.

Here's an example of the Mr. MrHigglesworth spamming chat & being racist.
There are other examples of him excessively spamming chat upon his entry of the game (sadly the vote to kick was turned off). I saw that he was a member of Jorge's regiment, and I've notified him before I reported his actions to an admin.

I don't think anyone that conducts such behavior should be allowed back on the server for at least week.

That last message was about 10 minutes after spam. Only ONE of those screenshots actually contains spam that lasted 5 seconds. I didnt intend any racism by the South Central reference, I watch the movie all the time and I enjoy it, and if you have taken it as racism then I apologize for that. I also apologize for the post replying to Thunder. All of those screenshots were over a  period of time and other people were spamming and whatnot. How about you go stalk them instead of JUST targeting me. Just saying. Also thanks for helping out Deo

Why do you insist on pushing the envelope all the time? I seriously doubt that you **** babies, so why say it?

- Any sort of behaviour that results in unwelcome responses will be dealt with i.e. Trolling/Annoyance.

I don't mean for this to sound condescending, but give your statements a few seconds of thought before you make them. In the heat of the moment things might seem funny, but if you think for a second you might find that they're just troll-ish and tasteless.

My intention was humor and yes people did laugh. That rule doesn't apply here because I was not trolling, being an idiot or anything like that.

My point is that you're a constant annoyance on the server.

there are other occasions where you are spamming as well. (Even though it doesn't flood the page) you still have participated in some form of annoying spam.
