There hasnt been an update for sometime to port it to 1.143, i belive they are waiting for 2.5 to port to 1.143 either use 1.134 or the latest but the bug with items will still appear if you use the latest version.

I also read on previous posts that no port to 1.143 patch will take place prior to the 2.5 release, but it shouldn't be long now there does seem to be alot of new aceness crammed in the planned release
