"Company of Trouble" quest issues

I suggest a few things for the "Company of Trouble" quest:
1. When you sell these troops to some lord, these mercenaries don't appear among his troops. I think they should. It simply doesn't work, so it's a bug, but if it's intended to be this way, it's strange.
2. Player also needs to have an option to buy them by himself in this quest. Right now this logical option is simply non-existent.
If you want more realism, because they are troublesome, after you buy them, you may have a morale lowering impact and maybe there is a 50/50 chance that no more than 10% of these hired mercenaries desert before adding new troops to your army right after you complete the quest. So you will overpay them, but will have additional troops if you need. Just like some additional troops from cities. So no exploits even if you just buy them without any additional penalties.

Yea, this quest is really wonky.
If you have very low persuasian skills, it could get stuck for a long time.
Need a way to get rid of those mercenaries alternatively, maybe without reward.
Such as eliminating them all and lose honor, or something
Also at least show them somewhere, it's like they are ghosts.

When you get the quest, they are shown in the troop list.
The other bad thing is that during the quest, if you have other mercenaries of the same type, you can't remove them both from your party.
