Resolved Companions take former prisoners to party over limit

Hi.
After lot of research i've got finally how companions losing top tier troops so fast.
Before battle everyone of them had full limit of cavalry units:

i've attacked party with prisoners:

so i freed em and was able to take with me

can u fix this pls? im using mods but none of them modifes partys/armies behavior
