Simple as the title says it. Companions don't have set, and can't have set the new perks for two-handed weapons.

Hi, can you give me more info about the bug, your game version and add some screenshots? Also do you have any mods installed?
My game version is beta e1.4.1, with no mods.
This is what it looks like, also seems to be present in One Handed, Trade and some other perks:
The perk slots are not marked with yellow, as they do here:
Is this intentional somehow? Are the perks activated, even when not marked? It seems to be inconsistent, if anything.
