I am currently running with everyone but Jeremus, Firentis, Ymira and Alayen. The first three are bothered by 'too much killing', which wouldn't be a problem, except that I've got people in party that they don't like.
I don't like Alayen. I never have. I wish there was an option to punch him in the face, splash beer in his face, or do something rude and offensive after he makes his first (of several) snooty comment.
Most companions are hovering around 55-60 mood, and seem stable there.
All companions have (or will have) at least 10 strength (for Armor), 12 agility (for Chargers) and concentrate on intelligence. The 8 that get along well with each other each specialize in one skill and training. 3 of the extras specialize in persuasion and training, and Klethi is a combo breaker who focuses on agility and looting.
As long as I don't lose battles, have phyrric victories, or retreat everything seems like it'll work fine.
