Companion to create its own clan or be a noble ?

So after when I have created my own Kingdom, I would like to have an option to make my Companion to either create its own clan and or become a noble. Simply because I would like that they take a lead for their own clan and performing actions that nobles would normally do. Its annoying me that they never join any of the Kingdom's lord's army, apart from my spouse.
