Companion quest requires very high skills

In some quests, assigning a companion to it requires a very high skill from him. I don't know if that's intentional or not.
First example : require a companion with a trade skill higher than 150 and a roguery skill higher than 150 too

Second example : require a companion with a riding skill higher than 149

I agree, the requirements are too high seeing as no matter how much you use your companions, they rarely level up in anything other than combat.
