No. Trainer is the only one that stacks.
However, your personal level can provide a small bonus to skills.
Lets say Nizar has Tracking of 7. If your player character has Tracking of 2, it adds a +1 bonus, effectively making the party's Tracking level 8. If you have Tracking 5, it confers a +2 bonus.
