Companion Lord's Renoun

This has been mentioned before, however it has become long lost in a topic somewhere on here so I want to bring the problem to light again. Lords in this game get more renown as the game goes on, I believe it has something to do with how much renown the player has in that play through. Or it might have something to do with them gaining a certain amount per day. I don't really know. What I do know is Companion Lords do not get those renown bonuses and it really gimps them later on down the road. It's not AS noticeable in this mod where the Lords army's are limited based on their incomes, however I'm doing a playthrough right now where I plan on taking over every location on the map. I forsee a huge issue arising later on with enemy lord's armys having 150-200 troops each where as my own Companion Lords are still stuck down at 120 due to their limited max amount since they don't get renown bonuses. So is there a way to fix this?

Would be nice if lords gained renown for winning battles.
I have now about 60% of eastern Europe and those hero lords are all gimpy with their 200-300 renown compared to few of my lords who have around 1k.

I had this problem as well and to balance it I give my companions more leadership 7-10 will give you about 140, and 260 is the max I have seen maybye it grows it was brynhilder who had the 260 troops and had 10 leadership with still about 200 renown so maybye either train your troops well or if you cheat then that's a quick fix for now...
