Companion death rate at 10%?

I was unaware of this, if that is the case than it is my mistake.

Latest update about this is even I suggested reducing death rate to 2% (at both mission and simulation) it will still be 10% (only mission side) at 1.5.6. They said there are several bugs related to death and to fix them all they need this ratio to be high and collect more bug reports. So my previous update says this ratio will be 2% at 1.5.6 however it seems it will still be 10%.

I'll look into the "not-dying-in-simulations" bug and relay it the campaign team.

Thank you for the feedback though, I'll also bring up separating the options.

They plan to lower it and introduce death to AI vs AI simulations. Just testing to kill any bugs, also they likely need to figure out some other changes before they activate AI vs AI simulation deaths as this will drastically change the game.
