I started my own kingdom and made Borcha my minister. I lost my castle and "my court had nowhere to go".
I lost Borcha and I thought he was gone for good. I asked "travellers" at taverns about my companions and he never came up at all. I also asked randsom brokers... nothing.
Months went by and I just assumed he was gone for good. Last night he showed up out of nowhere! He is level 20 and my other companions are level 30.
The only thing I can think of that I did was go under the "reports" tab and click on "companion listing"(or something like that).
I was taking a few screenshots....
5 minutes later he showed up...
