Commoner Ranged units for Battania.

As it stands now, Battania's commoner upgrade tree is rather lacking in the range department.
I understand that archers were not often used in celtic culture, which Battania draws inspiration from.

So I propose to add slingers for battania.
Slingers were very commonly used by the celts and could fit that niche of commoner long range units for Battania.

Edit: As mentioned in the comments, archers were quite common later on in celtic culture on the British Isles, most notably the Welsh.
Furthermore, there are also many indications that post-roman picts were using crossbows.

There are many ways commoner ranged units could be added to battania and still be true to their culture and tactics.
Please don't let battania be a 80-90% infantry/javelin skirmishers based army since, in my opinion, it makes them rather dull to play and to play against.

Thank you for reading

I personally would like slingers, but I would prefer more archers. Slingers were commonly used by Iron Age celts, but for early medieval celts it was mostly bows and javelins. The welsh in particular were very well known for their archery. Slings would be cool, but for the time period that Bannerlord is set, the surviving Celtic nations were not using slings as much. Maybe the Irish there an exception, but I don’t know. Good idea though. I just love archers and I’m Welsh!

That is true. There are even crossbows which were used by the post-roman picts. These are all examples to not let battania be a culture that uses 80-90% infantry and let them be true to their skirmishing based tactics.

Yes definitely, there’s too much infantry and not enough missile troops.
