1. Direct2drive is selling malfunctioning digital copies of warbands, is passing them off as legit copies (why does it say version 1.0 or whatever, and the installer the beta version???The name was changed since last night, i can tell you that right now, ive seen both files) and is ignoring all pages about them
2. Steam doesnt even have the game yet
3. As far as downloading off of the official site is going, no one can even get to the download servers. The few who did are facing cripplingdownload speeds, or in some cases, they just shut off after a certain amount of time
4. The multi-player servers arent even working.


Can someone please address these issues?

Yes, but the full version doesn't fully release until tomorrow. Where as its out now on TaleWorlds, Steam doesn't get full update and game till tomorrow.

It's true about no.1 . But the first version I got from them was .802. It's just a matter of updating the installer. Because it was pre-purchase the file was giving beta access. They updated it to .850 and I guess we'll have to wait a little longer to get the release installer.

Go to bed, wait 48 hours go out of bed and see if things have cleared up.
Due to massive sales and downloads everything is overloaded, pretty sure the staff of taleworlds, d2d, steam and what not are doing their best to solve problems.
+ steam purposely releases tommorrow, to give them some time I guess.

1, be patient, as they perhaps have not yet updated their uploaded files,
2, Steam is always late on games
3, that's beacuse everybody is trying do download from their servers and "stuff" has gotten overloaded or shut down by Taleworlds,
4, that's perhaps because the servers has gotten updated and you need the new version to play, I can't confirm since I haven't played online today

its taken me 5 hours to download a 500 mb file on my broad band connection....just wow disregard that, i just restarted it and its going fine

It's the first day of release. I really do not understand why people get so hyper over such little things when the game has hardly been out for even a day.

Small download, yes. Small sales? Nope, it's been in the top 5 of their Top Sellers list for days.
