I stopped playign M&B regularly some months ago. Half an hour here and there, that was all. However, after new version was up, I had to download it.
I have to say, changes are many and they are great. I'm hooked again. I have some comments and suggestions I'd like to share with you guys.
New weather effects and terrain types are really great. I especially like forrests. However, the hilly are still to "hilly". New terrains have to sharp borders on map. Some gradual changes in terrain would be nice.
Fights are definitely harder than before. At least training ones. Can't say for other fights since I don't remember what low level characters felt like on older versions. Money is scarce, (at least with hunter and court lady). Its also hard to get good equipment either by buying it (not much money) or by killing previus owners. I like it that way. Staying one night in an inn now costs an arm and a leg.
I also like that your henchmen can't be much higher level than yourself. Again this makes the game harder.
Summary: changes make the game harder, but I like it.
