"Come find me" Command for Party/Caravan

Regardless if we're in a Kingdom or not.

- Ability to call a Caravan to our locale via the Clan/Parties UI. Upon arrival a chat dialogue opens where we can swap troops and most importantly the ability to swap companion that's leading the caravan. Once we swap leadership the caravan continues on their way.

- Ability to call a Caravan to our locale via the Clan/Parties UI. Upon arrival we disband the caravan and the companion leading the caravan immediately joins our party. No more hunting them down. They should come to us.

Excellent idea I second that suggestion!
I read awhile back that someone gave troops to their caravan but I could not see that option and yes had to chase it across half the map before I caught up. Either that was something in an earlier version or maybe they had a mod, but yes we should be able to customize a caravan.

100%suport this. it would be cool also to intereact with other npcs as well, maybe you send a messenger asking for a meeting, the respond back giving you the location where they will wait for you for certain amount of days.

Pigeons or send riders with messages. The game seems to have themes of close contact with parties/lords only, so along with that there can’t be any invisible messages flying around.

Sending riders to find party members best option, could have (new) rider trees so players can train up riders…
  • Recruit, standard faction recruit (no messaging), to branch out to…
  • Runner (slow foot runner – to take along time).
  • Rider.
  • Pony Express.
  • Angarium Rider.

Great Idea I like the rider messenger concept!
I really like the ability to assign troops and maybe a command to avoid warring areas?
Btw in case anyone wonders the topic of profitability came up in other posts; I am on my third caravan now, the first two were a flop because I had no idea, the third I started in a town that had several cheap goods and I assigned a companion with high trading skills, I think there may only be one Yana the Swift; I made money from day one and broke even in short time. So I think your choice of caravan lead and where to start matters.

I would love that kind of stuff. Great idea. I was also thinking that it would be nice to deepen the interaction you have with the different parties of your clan, for example if you could give orders or at least some kind of guidelines to your clan parties/caravans when they split up with you (and you would be able to change those guidelines if you come across them, call them to you). I don't think such options exist, also don't know if that was suggested somewhere else. Orders you can give could be:

For Caravans:
- Only travel within the borders of our faction (the caravan never goes next to a city that is not owned by your faction, would affect productivity, but be safer)
- Avoid Cities of enemy factions (The caravan never goes next to a city your faction is at war with, still travels to other cities, that could avoid your caravans being destroyed everytime 10 minutes after you formed them)
- Travel freely (The caravan goes where the costs are the best, no matter the danger)

For Parties:
- Our armies need men (party goes recruiting, once they reach their max capacity, either they go to their usual AI routine, or they could even share some of their recruits with the closest garrisons)
- Cleanse our lands of the vermin (party roams the lands of your clan/faction focusing on chasing bandits)
- Help the people (party roams around kind of in the same way it usually does, but focuses on helping caravans, villagers being attacked, this could result in small gains of reputation)
- Have no mercy (party goes wild, attacks everything that can be defeated)
- I trust you (The usual AI routine)
