Combining Mods

There are loads of mods out there that i want to try but most are such a small addition I don't see the point in starting a whole new game with just that particular small mod to use it.  So i'm wondering is there any way to combine all these mods into 1 game like how mods for Oblivion work? If so any instructions on how to do that?
