Combining 2 different mods?

Alright, here goes.
Hey, I hope I'm posting in the right place.
I want to know if it's possible to mix the magic and troops from this mod: http://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?id=1037
Into the sword of damocles mod, here:http://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?id=1775
I'm a dude who likes a bit of magic in my games and this would be AWESOME because I hate playing the magic mod when SOD is so much better...
So if anyone can do this or help me do this please do.

It is only vial if you have the source code from both mods, and i think there is no source code available for sword of damocles. Unless i am missing something. They are still working on it. So this is not possible.
