Combat Tips perk (Leadership) do not give daily XP

I had this perk, and slept in castle like for whole week, none of my TIER 1 gained any XP ... Or they are getting so little of it?

How I understand those Leadership Perks, you decide if you want to train the Troops (lower choice) or your Hero Companions (upper choice).

That being said, the Description should make this more clear.

I would double check your troops. I get 15 exp per troop type per day. Which is basically useless. As far as the companions go, I just checked all the XP on mine and waited a few days, nothing was gained, so I think it only works for regular troops.

The way I UNDERSTOOD this was like - The bottom one gives you more XP to certain tiers (because there is six of them) and the top one gives you same ammount of XP to EVERY tier you have. Thats how i understood it.

But then again this is game which has Evry time in its skill tree

Just double checked and the perk is indeed WORTHLESS ... I mean i want back the old one with Trainer back (Based on Leader skill level and character level army gets EXP) .... This perk did not had to be in a game at all then.
