Combat Speed Option?

The .621 changlog (found in http://taleworlds.com/v-web/bulletin/bb/viewtopic.php?t=363) has the line "Added Combat Speed Option" in it. I can't seem to find this particular option.

Does anyone know where it is? I'm using version .622.

I removed that back. Figured it was a bad idea. But I forgot to remove it from changelog. Just ignore it.
