Combat Animations?

Can combat animations be changed by us? I realise this would change the animations for everyone and everything in the game. If so, which file in particular is it that needs to be edited? I feel like I ought to learn how to animate stuff, since that is the ability that is in lack at the moment. Oh, and any tutorial links or tips or anything about animating is much appreciated.

No - we cannot mod combat animations - (possibly at some point, but that is not at all certain)
