You cant, end of story. When we find someone that speaks romanian(?) that I trust/like we can since every forum needs a mod

Until a need arises for a Romanian forum ... feel free to create a thread (preferably in off-topic) with the name of the language in it. If you make it clear (in English) that it is a language specific thread ... noone will post in it without doing so in the specified language or their post will be deleted.
