I sent a fleet of ships to attack The Port city of Yns mon (The Welsh city however it is spelled) and when I reached the town my troop morale became low and one of my men tried to fight me. After the fight, my army was put on land and all 7 of my 90 man ships were stuck in the enemy owned town. If I had not saved the file prior to this, it would have ruined my entire month long campaign.

Sorry, I opted out of the game because I knew things had been corrupted and reverted back to my prior save. I Don't know anything about programming, but the cause is if the trigger that determines if one of your men decide to fight you because moral is low happens simultaneously when entering a coastal attack. After this event happens, it puts you on land. I would venture to say this is probably an extremely rare bug.
