In the swadian king's room, if you go to the edge of the chamber, through the archways, your body clips so that you can see the outside of the room. This happens throughout the entire "ring" that goes around the chamber. Good news is that you get a view of some nice mountains in the distance... maybe the passageway needs to be made a bit wider?
