Of course, I suck at making speeches, and suck worse at oration itself, so you'll have to fix everything up.

And I'm trying to say that there'll be no opposites view 
I'll get in front of the class, tell my story, sit down, the teacher will grade it and that's it.

I'm thinking about going over the top on this one, using sideshows, demo's, scientific explanation about what happens to your body when kissing, etc ....

Edit: Ah, I see what you mean,but I thought that to be obvious in any kind of debate ( using the opposite's viewpoint, that is)

Tbh I will try to avoid this as this would kinda negative towards my case as it's a weak enough case already.
Comparing it to popular view will only backfire, I think

Debates go nowhere if you can't turn the opponent's viewpoints against themselves.

It's a weak point, but it IS a monologue, so there won't be anybody to refute your arguments. Use this to your advantage. Think of things that superficially reinforce your point, even though under close scrutiny, they're easily demolished. The farce only has to last until the grade is inked in.

As an oral exam for Dutch we all got assigned a type and subject.
I got Monologe and "Kissing on the recreational yard should be allowed".

So it will be just me in front of the class explaining my view,arguments,...
I'd have preferred to have an actual debate, but the teacher assigned the type/subject's

I had this stuff today, I was supposed to make a speech about war, but got little sidetracked and ended up showing pics about the evolution of mankind through rape/normal sexual stuff and killing. Somehow my whole class started laughing because of the stuff I was showing.

You should always consider the counter-argument in any essay/debate/speech.

Simply showing that you understand the counter-argument is persuasive, as it puts you in an authoritative position on the subject manner.
If you don't mention it at all people will think you just didn't realise these counter-arguments existed and you could be wrong... but if you argue your point despite them it shows you don't think the counter-argument is valid.

I have to DEFEND this statement and ramble about it for approximate ten minutes.

I myself have a very hard time finding some good arguments.

So I'd be happy if you guys could give me some tips from where I could go.

Also, SIIHP will not be considered a good argument 

If someone gets offended witnessing it, that means (s)he doesn't pay much attention to what (s)he's doing as a hobby, therefore not suitable for such places. Kissing doesn't in itself count as lack of attention, because it's perfectly possible for it to happen between the kissers' activities and not as an intervention.
