Clans vs individuals

So currently in Bannerlord, everything is done by clan(fief ownership, relationship, money). Which has some pretty cool aspects, but leaves very little room for individuality.
If I'm friends with a clan, it would make sense that member who don't know me would like me(oh, your bob, I've heard so much about you), but it shouldn't stop individual members from deciding they don't like. I would think maybe having a half effect on relationship between the clan and individual would make it work. I help bill of clan smith and my relationship with bill goes up 10 and my clan smith goes up 5.
( It would need a lot of tweaking but it could work)

Next I'll try tackling fiefs.
Whenever my clan gets a fief, I can assign a clan member as governed, which is really nice, but sometimes I don't want them to govern. I want them to completely run the thing. I want to grant them the fief. They can take the taxes and they can keep it garrisoned. If they die it reverts to the clan head.
Now this would be harder to implement, but it would sort of make the clans into tiny kingdoms, which would make gameplay that much more epic.
And if you were to put in the effort implement this and individual reltionship, you could add Crown fiefs which are fiefs "owned" by the king, but given to individuals for their lifetime. This would be useful for a player running a kingdom who say doesn't like clan, but does like certain clan members.

Now if clan individuals are allowed fiefs you'd also(probably) have to mess with finances so everyones purse isn't the same in the clan, but I don't really have much of a suggestion for that?

i was going to make a thread about it. good thing i searched first

i agree it doesn't make sense that ALL of the members like you or hate you by the same amount even though they have different personalities.

it opens up an avenue for intrigue if one clan member hates the head of the clan.

for the money issue a system can be added like the "kingdom support" system they're working on. (0.5% of your money above 100k are given to poor clans) a similar one can be added but with a much lower threshold, a higher percentage or both. or you can give them money personally or drop it in the stash of their fief.

for fiefs. maybe when a clan wins a fief, there would be another vote for who will own the fief within the clan and the clan head will have the final say like the king who has the final say in which clan gets it.

this will help with the intrigue because lords will hate the clan head. and it's fun having another tier of feudalism.

they need to get rid of the player having his own clan. he can join a clan with marriage or make his own later when he acquires enough renown. of course a starting option as a noble should still exist for those who don't like the poor phase.

i think making it this way would lengthen the game more because the player would have to climb two "feudal steps".

idk which would be better, having two influence currencies or just one for the in-clan voting.

I´m actually fine with clan-head owning all the clan owns, at least for as long as a villages can't be held alone.
But there should not be a need or manageability to effectively hold more than 1-2, instead they should have more, and expensive upgrades.

But another layer of feudality is thrilling! Adding small Baron clans with clan-level 2 underneth "regular" clans, giving them a castle and appointing them vassal whould be really cool!

Or even cooler! Allow making of an cadet branch of your dynasty and make you brother or niece a junior clan leader in their own name as a vassal of yours!

This would also enable player to start out as a subvassal clan.
