Summary: Hey @emrozdemir Clan tier 2 to 3 bonus says "Eligible to create kingdom: +1", shouldn't this be the bonus for clan tier 4? or is it clan tier 3 now to create a kingdom?

I might be remembering wrong but I think Tier 1 is mercenary, Tier 2 is vassal and Tier 3 is create-a-kingdom.
