Resolved Clan Leaders and Members starting game with low tier armor

As the title says, if you check on Encyclopedia some members of Clans you can see that some of them can even start on a Leather Armor ( tier 1)

This maybe can be abug, Idk, but I noticed too often that at least various Nobles combatants will begin the game with lower gear.

On this save I saw on

NE: Variasis Dolentos
Sejaron Sorados
Nemos Comnos
Mimir Gundaroving

But, I noticed someitmes it's random... I already saw Lucon wearing leather armor only.
Many nobles child as well start with low armor, unless they'll be bale to upgrade their equipments: armor and weapons as the game progresses
