Need More Info Clan, Kingdom and Party Tabs Not Working

Summary: Family members and companions can't be recalled, the function isn't working. Parties can't be disbanded. They simply become stuck in towns and can't be interacted with or assigned to anything. Armies can't be created, as no parties can be assigned, disbanded or reassigned, so all the fields in the army tab are empty, and the kingdom tab doesn't work because it depends on the functions of the other two tabs that aren't working.
How to Reproduce: Start a kingdom in single player on Xbox One.
