If the clan leader does not transfer the clan to someone else before leave the clan, the clan continues without a leader. The clan cannot be disbanded. At the same time, players who want to leave this clan cannot leave the clan. (Tried on 3 different computers and 3 different internet.) They log out of the lobby against their will.
