Resolved Clan and army member goes to jail after siege ends

Summary: A member of the clan and army is imprisoned after a siege is completed if he waits outside the besieged city. There is no way to release it.
How to Reproduce:

1. Create an army
2. Sneak into a city besieged by an enemy army (this city is owned by another clan in the kingdom)
3. One squad of your clan and army must remain outside the city
4. After defeating the enemy army, the lords are imprisoned in the city along with your ally
