Civil Outfit question

When i create Battanian character, she has a Woodland fur cape with her civil outfit, it's there as default, i really like that i can wear that fur cape as civil outfit but after unequip the game do not allow me to equip again. Anyone know how to equip that furcape for civil outfit ?
