City Prosperity

I have been working on the prosperity of Praven. I have been doing many quests from the guild master to increase its prosperity and my relationship is now 21 but it is still "poor and neglected". Any suggestions?

Go fight bands of looters/bandits/sea raiders. Bring the spoils back and sell them there.
Buy all your supplys there that you can.

Protect caravans and farmers coming to the city.
It will take time, but it will make a difference.

I know this is an old topic but my post relates to it. I am the King of half the map, with a patrol of over 560 patroling Praven and other patrols and lords patroling around too with Praven and Azgad and all those surrounding villages safe with no bandits anywhere and 99 relation. I buy alot of stuff in all those places and Praven has over 100,000 in the goods shop. Yet the prosperity goes down and it says its poor and neglected. Azgad goes between average and rich without cause and even when I didn't pay attention to it and it got looted, it went back up to rich before it was unlooted. Is it random or what?

Wow, that's a rather old thread you found here.

To my knowledge part of it is random, part of it is based on the number of caravans and villagers that reach the city.
