Resolved "Citizenship" policy is not working as described in game.

Summary: Description of "Citizenship" policy says that it gives "+0.5 Loyalty per day to settlements that have the same culture as their owner clan" and "-0.5 Loyalty per day to settlements with a different culture than its owner clan", but in practice it gives +0.5 Loyalty to all settlements not matter whether culture of the settlement is matching the culture of its owner or whether it is not.

I have created a ticket with a save file.

How to Reproduce: Load my save file and check loyalty bonus from "Cintizenship" in Lageta. It gives +0.5 to Loyalty istead of -0.5.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No, I have not used any cheats.

I've been informed that this bug is fixed and the fix will be sent to the game with future patches. Thanks for reporting and sorry for any inconvenience!
Is the fix live or should I make another thread about this not working?

What it does is compares OWNER CULTURE to KING CULTURE.
What it should do is compare OWNER CULTURE to SETTLEMENT CULTURE.
So a battanian lord owning a battanian fief = +0.5
A battanian lord owning a sturgian fief = -0.5
Currently all nobles with same culture as king get +0.5 and different culture than king -0.5
