Cirren Ceaster missing texture problem

Not sure if it is a texture but the Town of Cirren Ceaster appears to be missing the mead hall and dungeon, I have a big purple question mark in place of both of them

By the way, when I sieged Cirren Ceaster, there were more of these question marks, instead of buildings, all around.
