Modded Choosing education = crash

Summary: A notification icon appeared on the right side of my screen, telling me my child has turned 8 and needs me to choose stats (?). I click the icon and boom, crash.
How to Reproduce: Just click the icon. I loaded the game several times on safe mode/non-safe mode and the same thing happens.
Have you used cheats and if so which: Not sure if cheats from mods count but I am using Improved Garrisons' cheats.

I have mods installed and using them. However everything has been fine for the past 20 hours of play. I have the ButterLib crash report as well but the forum is not letting me post it because I'm new.

This crash did happen because of the mods installed. If you can reproduce the issue in a new and un-modded campaign please let us know! Please note that we can’t support any modding-related issues. You can find more information about how to remove modifications here.

It's fixed, I just waited for the child to grow older and ignored the notification. Thank you.
