Cheats working in multiplayer bug

I have managed to find an exploit where if you have cheats enabled you can use some of them in multiplayer too, like Ctrl+H Self Heal.

doesnt actually heal you it's just a visuable bug. Your HP bar gets full but you stay at the same hp.

Yeah nice. Except you forgot mentioning that CTRL+H only shows your HP bar as full, it doesn't actually heal you because HP is serverside.

Beyond that I highly doubt anything else "works".

I have tried it now and it is true. I did not forgot to mention it beacuse I did not try to use the "exploit" too much since I did not wanted to abuse the system to say
