Hey, what exactly can you do with the Cheatmenu?
Add renown? Honor? Right to rule? Money?

I am talking  about the cheat menu when you hit Ctrl + ~ and type cheatmenu. Not the cheats from the config.

1) Explore.

2) The "cheatmenu" itself adds straight-forward options to your Camp Menu and your Reports menu. Their effects are fairly obvious (add honor, renown, change your banner, find any item in the game, get details about the locations of companions, etc, etc.) But other options become available as well since the cheatmenu on/off also functions as the debug mode on/off. When talking to NPC lords new options appear (add relationship, do what I say, etc) and new options appear when visiting centers (auto-siege/build equipment/take center, etc.)

3) Add XP/Gold is accomplished in the inventory, character, and party screens by pressing "Ctrl X" while the config menu "enable cheats" is checked.

If you go into reports, there's an option to destabilize kingdoms, and force them to do feasts, campaigns ect.

I keep hitting control + ~ but nothing comes up. I can do the regular cheats like control + F4, control + X, etc but I can't get this one to work.

If it is a different key on your keyboard, try CTRL+`.
Also, try both the ~ and ` with SHIFT, instead of control. That works for some people.

If all fails--which happens for some folk--there is a .txt tweak in the link from my sig that will add "Enable cheatmenu" as an option in your Camp->Take an Action menu that you could use.

I think you can add renown with the cheat menu enabled...you just have to do it in Character Report or something.  Check all the menus, there are a lot of cool options available.

In the camp menu you can add renown... along with most of the other fun stuff (finding items changing weather ect...)

I still can't get the cheatmenu to work even trying the shift + ~/` key. I will try switching keyboards (im using the standard keyboard that came with my computer) with another keyboard. If not then I will use that .txt file.

Absolutely nothing (that anyone has figured out).

is it possible to get armor by using ctrl+x???

No. You would want to open the cheatmenu after ctrl+x ing almost 200k gold.
Then go to the Camp --> CHEAT MENU --> Find Items --> ### to ### and search for the armor you want.
