CHEATING -- How to modify given cheat to raise amount of exp given to a troop?

So I have been playing Mount and Blade Warband more often recently and have many characters. I made a character just for cheating uses and was able to raise thousands of singular troops. When upgrading, it can be a daunting task to get them fully upgraded (ctrl + x in party menu). I am wondering if there is a way to do this through the game files itself, a command line, or using Cheat Engine. I have tried it using Cheat Engine and was hard to find after many tries. As far as I know, there are ways for game files but not to the effect I desire as it doesn't work as well when using the cheat. Apparently, I cannot find a command line for it.

Please help me or inform me how to do it. I do not want to be directed to another website unless it can go step by step. Thank you to anyone who replies with a logical answer.

Just disregard figuring it out. I found a faster way of doing it that involves using math but saves a ton of time.
